The Bedroom: This boutique-style bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed with a brand-new anti-allergy mattress and hotel-quality linen. All included at no extra cost. Enjoy ambient lighting, ample wardrobe space, a dressing table, and bedside tables for a restful stay. For your convenience, we also provide a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board. The Lounge: Relax in this bright, spacious lounge with a new corner sofa that transforms into a comfortable double sofa bed. The dining area seats 4, and you can unwind with a 65" smart TV featuring Sky TV and playback. The charming window seat is perfect for reading or enjoying the view after a day at the beach. The Kitchen: Our fully equipped, brand-new kitchen includes an electric oven, gas hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, and a breakfast bar with plenty of power sockets. We provide all the essentials, including a toaster, kettle, and Nespresso Coffee Machine, plus a complete range of crockery, cutlery, and utensils for a seamless stay. The Bathroom: This sleek, modern bathroom features a pedestal wash basin, toilet, heated towel rail, and a contemporary shower with chrome details. Please note this is a first floor property with it's own access via stairs to the front door. Additional information: There is an allocated parking space for one car. There is additional roadside parking and a visitor bay for anyone popping over for the day. Wi-Fi is provided Although we do not provide this, there is space for a travel cot in the bedroom. We include hotel quality linen and towels. We have a 65" Smart Tv in the lounge, with sky playback. We have one security camera overlooking the external entrance to the property.

Well appointed,spacious and clean. Good location and relatively quiet -main noise is seagulls! All very good , minor quibbles are : - other properties in the building are being refurbished -hence outside of building is a bit scruffy in places, and key front door is very low so there os a need to bed down and focus hard!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und hat eine großartige Lage zum Strand und der City. Das Bett und das Sofa waren sehr gemütlich und in der Nacht war es ruhig. Zudem hat Casey sehr schnell auf Fragen geantwortet. Danke liebe Casey!

We loved our stay at The Retreat. The apartment is beautifully decorated, uncluttered and spotlessly clean. Easy access to Boscombe beach and local shops, restaurants. My wife and I booked this last minute,What a wonderful place. Clean and tidy with modern facilities inside with everything you need for a short break . The flat was quiet. Only a short walk to Boscombe beach , your own parking spot ,Casey gives you really clear instructions, easy to access the flat .i would highly recommend this place and would book again .thanks we had an enjoyable trip.

I'd recommend Casey's place and would love to stay again. It's well located and an easy walk into Bournemouth whilst being far enough away for a quiet and peaceful rest. It's a two minute walk to Boscome beach which was perfect for the weather we had. The home itself is well equipped, has ample room and has lovely decor. Casey was very helpful and gave clear instructions which made everything very smooth and allowed us to enjoy our stay without any issues. Thanks Casey for a lovely time and being so accommodating.

We had a lovely stay. Communication with Casey was easy and straightforward since the first message. The apartment was easy to find the check-in was very quick and simple. The apartment is lovely with everything one needs for a nice and restful break. The apartment is also very big so perfect for a family of 4. The beach is only a couple of minutes away and shops & restaurants also a short 5-10min walk. We used it as a base to explore the area around Bournemouth and New Forest. We would happily return to Casey's apartment if we are in the area. Thank you Casey for a lovely stay!

Beautiful flat- spotlessly clean and well decorated with comfortable furniture. Great location- short walk to both the beach and supermarkets, as well as coastal walks. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby and the location was peaceful. Casey was very proactive and helpful- highly recommend this Airbnb.

It was our first time to this area in the UK and it was exactly what we needed. Relaxing, near the beach, walkable to shopping and restaurants, and modern while keeping the unique flair of the UK. Casey gave us local suggestions and they were perfect a nice evening out. For the days we had to work, the fast internet helped!
