Or you can just lie on the beach and watch the action from afar! For the golf lover, well what can we say? you have one of South West's finest links courses right on your doorstep, visitors are always welcome and who wouldn't want to take advantage of playing the game they love with the Atlantic Ocean as their backdrop

House Rules

Check in is no earlier than 3pm. Checkout is 10am. A Β£30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time. Please note that you will be charged Β£100 for lost keys so please be careful with them. There is a Β£50 call out charge if you re locked out and require us to let you into the property. We recommended leaving the key in the key safe at all times. This property sleeps up to 4 people only. No extra guests are permitted. Over occupancy will result in a charge of Β£100 per person, per night. Unfortunately due to limited space we are unable to provide a travel cot & highchair. You are more than welcome to bring your own if you are wishing to bring an infant in your party. No smoking is permitted within the property at any time or on the balcony. If you are smoking outside (downstairs only) please ensure that all cigarette butts are removed and disposed of safety and correctly. For Fire safety Bbq's or outdoor cooking are also not permitted on these premises. Unfortunately this apartment does not allow pets We do not allow single sex parties/stag/hen groups. This is a family friendly property in a residential area, if we receive complaints from our neighbours a charge will incur. We provide each guest with 1 bath and 1 hand towel. Please provide your own beach towels. * Please note that this is a self catering property and we provide you with enough basic supplies to get started with i.e washing up liquid, toilet roll, bin liners, dishwasher tablets etc. Please ensure you bring any extras with you. *Please ensure all lights and the heating is turned off before you vacate the property *Please try and refrain from bringing sand into the property. Top tip talc powder is a great top tip from removing sand off of feet. There is a communal tap in the parking area which can be used to wash feet etc. The can be found just by our parking space.

Set on the fringes of Newquay Town a short stroll through Mount Wise Gardens (located just across the road from us) will have you in the centre of town in minutes soaking up everything our little seaside town has to offer, with Newquay Harbour & Towan Beach just a five minute walk.

Guest Access

The property is a second floor apartment and accessed by two flights of stairs from the front entrance. The apartment has its own private parking space to the rear of the building that is allocated to number 8. Please note you will be required to show the permit provided at all times. For those guests wishing to bring more than 1 car, there is a Cornwall Council Car Park just across the street. The apartment is also ideally located for Newquay Train Station (0.5 miles away) for those without a car

Our host was so lovely and always quick to respond and help with anything we needed. The apartment is in a wonderful location with easy access to the town and beaches. All spaces within the flat were pristine and all amenities were well provided.

Everything in Newquay can be reached on foot from Sunset Lounge at St Georges Apartments. Should you wish to travel further Newquay Bus Station is just a short stroll or bus ride, where bus connections can be found for all destinations.
