The apartment sleeps up to four guests across one king size bed and one double sofa bed. THE BEDROOM: The boutique style bedroom has been designed for a restful and comfortable stay. It includes: • King-size bed • Premium anti allergy mattress • Hotel quality bed linen • Wardrobe and dressing table • Bedside tables • Soft ambient lighting • Hairdryer • Iron and ironing board There is also room for a travel cot in the bedroom, although a cot is not provided. THE LOUNGE: The bright and spacious lounge is ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach or exploring Bournemouth. It includes: • Large corner sofa • Double sofa bed • 65-inch Smart TV • Sky TV and catch-up • Dining table with seating for four • Comfortable window seat • Fast Wi-Fi The sofa bed is best suited to children or shorter stays when the apartment is occupied by four guests. Please read the following before booking: • This is a first floor apartment accessed by an external flight of stairs. There is no lift. • The apartment is located within a residential building, so parties, events and excessive noise are not permitted. • The maximum occupancy is four guests. • One allocated parking space is provided for one car, inclusive of your stay. Other options available upon request. • The second sleeping area is a double sofa bed located in the lounge. • Hotel quality bed linen and towels are included. • Fast Wi-Fi is provided. • A travel cot is not supplied, although there is space for one in the bedroom. • One external security camera monitors the property entrance. It does not overlook any internal or private living space. • Please respect our neighbours, particularly during the evening and early morning. Wunderschöne und sehr gepflegte Wohnung in zentraler Lage mit kurzer Entfernung zum Strand. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Wohnung war zudem sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Vermieter: Er war jederzeit freundlich, gut erreichbar und äußerst hilfsbereit. Als wir ein Problem mit lauten Nachbarn hatten, reagierte er sofort und kümmerte sich umgehend darum, sodass schnell eine Lösung gefunden wurde.

Das Apartment ist großzügig geschnitten, sehr neu und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Unser Kind schlief auf der Gästecouch im Wohnzimmer, die ausziehbar war. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es eine Sitzecke im Fenster. Super Lage, nur wenige Minuten zum tollen Strand. Tolle Küche, die Pfannen könnten erneuert werden. Beleuchtung über dem Esstisch könnte etwas heller sein.

The apartment was larger than expected, furnished to a high standard and very clean. All needs were catered for, including coffee pods for the Nespresso machine (a very nice and appreciated touch). It was quiet, very inviting and each room had its own charm. Proximity to the beach, shops and restaurants is also great! Having off-street parking space for the apartment is also great - especially the shade! Nothing I can think of - apartment was spacious, clean and ticked all the boxes. Proximity to the beach, dedicated parking were also very much appreciated.

The property looked newly renovated and was exceptionally clean. It was nicely equipped with everything we needed for a long weekend stay. Communication was great and parking was easy. The location of the property for us was perfect. The neighbourhood was quiet with easy access to walk to the beach (however it was uphill on the way back - no problem for us however might be for some.) There were supermarkets within easy walking distance. We took our bikes and the roads were perfect and accessed the coastline perfectly for us to safely explore. The property had one double bed and there was a sofa bed in the lounge. For us the property was perfect.

Well appointed,spacious and clean. Good location and relatively quiet -main noise is seagulls! All very good , minor quibbles are : - other properties in the building are being refurbished -hence outside of building is a bit scruffy in places, and key front door is very low so there os a need to bed down and focus hard!
